The Saucy Spoon is built around a single family sauce recipe, passed down for a century before it became the base of everything we cook. Since 2022, we've put it to work exclusively for catering — weddings, private parties, and corporate events across Orlando and St. Cloud — served hot from our mobile kitchen right at your venue.
