The Saucy Spoon was built around a single family sauce recipe passed down for a hundred years. In 2022, that recipe became the base of a mobile Italian kitchen devoted to catering — weddings, parties, and events across Orlando and St. Cloud.
How it started
A recipe that's outlasted four generations.
Some family recipes get written down and forgotten in a drawer. This one didn't — it got made, tasted, and passed on, generation after generation, until it became the reason The Saucy Spoon exists. In 2022, we put that sauce to work full-time, building a mobile Italian kitchen so it could show up at your table instead of just ours.
